I remember the excitement when The Sentinel was released having seen the band live a few times before. I loved the album but was aware that there were tracks missing and it had been rumoured that it was to be a double album. To hear all these takes and works in progress takes me right back to the 80's and the buzz of all the new prog that was coming out back then. This is an absolutely essential purchase for any Pallas fan.

England the band's "Garden Shed" is a lesser known but highly praised 70s prog album which is now also available here on Bandcamp. Surprisingly, I seem to prefer these 2006 live recordings (all songs from Garden Shed contained). For fans of classic prog, rich on the melodic side and with many twists and turns. PS After one and a half "spin" I like this so much that I probably have to come back for the original Garden Shed, too ;-)
